subjects & optional subjects Chemistry/Biology/ Computers. |
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Selected candidates will be paid a salary per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: No fee is required.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of on Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
Written Test- The question paper will be objective type and will comprise of 04 sections i.e. English/ Science/Mathematics and General Knowledge.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) - PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes/ 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push ups.
NOTE: Candidates undergoing PFT will do all performance at their own risk and they must bring their own sports shoes and shorts for PFT.
Medical Examination- As prescribed in current Indian Navy regulations applicable to sailors on entry.
HOW TO APPLY: For this post eligible and interested candidates of Nagaland only must bring filled in application on a prescribed format downloaded from official website along with photocopies of all required certificates, recent snapped photographs + original certificates on the date of recruitment rally at given time 06:30 Hrs. and place/venue on 28-04-2014.
