NOTIFICATION:    Pashim Banga Gramin Bank, Howrah, invites online applications for the recruitment of 129 vacant posts of Officer Scale-II, Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian residents who are qualified in RRBs-Common Written Examination CWE conducted in September 2013,  eligible & interested; candidates can apply through online application up to 10-10-2014. POST WISE DETAILS:   129 posts of Officer & Office Assistant-

1- Officer Scale-II: 24 Posts.

2- Officer Scale-I: 37 Posts.

3- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 68 Posts.

PAY SCALE/AGE:  As per details given below-

Officer Scale-II- Rs.19400-28100/-.

Required Age:  21-32 years as on closing date.

Officer Scale-I Rs.14500-25700/-.

Required Age:  18-28 years as on closing date.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Rs.14500-25700/-.

Required Age:  18-28 years as on closing date.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:     A passed of Degree in Relevant discipline/ MBA/CA as per the requirement of the applied post from the recognized University/Institution and must have qualified in RRBs CWE-II which is conducted by IBPS. Candidates also should have proficiency in the Bengali language at 10th Standard. Applicants also must have 1-2 years work experience in the related working area.

AGE RELAXATION:   Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.

REQUIRED FEE:    An amount of Rs.22/-by SC/ST & PWD candidates and Rs.100/-by all other applicants to be paid through Challan form which is available at the official website at any of the branches of Paschim Banga Gramin Bank.

POST RESERVATION:  Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:    The eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance on the marks obtained by the students in the RRBs CWE-II and Personal Interview. On the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates, a merit list will be prepared by the Organization.
