PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
DEPUTY MANAGER (HRD & Administration): Rs. 32900-58000/-.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (Finance): Rs. 51300-73000/-.
NOTE: Besides basic pay, they will be entitled to Dearness Allowance, perquisite under cafeteria approach, HRA, PRP medical facility for self & dependants and superannuation benefits i.e. Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc. as per rules of the Company in force from time to time.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s required age should not exceed 37/42/44/50 years as on 21-11-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs.100/- in the form of Bank Draft/DD drawn in favour of "National Aluminium Company Limited" payable at Bhubaneswar. The fee is not applicable for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
