The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
A passed of Medical qualification/ Recognized P.G. qualification of
MD/
MS in specialization concerned/ allied Surgical/ Medical specialty. The
candidate must be registered with Central/Bihar State Medical Council.
PAY SCAE: Rs. 35025/- during 1st year, Rs.35888/- 2nd year and Rs.36763/- 3rd year inclusive of NPA plus usual allowances as admissible for Senior Resident in the Institute. Approx total emoluments come as on to-day- Rs.53300/- during 1st year, Rs.54558/- 2nd year and Rs.55826/- 3rd year.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should not exceed more than 35 years as on 31-12-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application fee is Rs. 500/-by General & OBC candidates and Rs. 125/- by SC/ST candidates to be paid in shape of a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “Director, IGIMS, Patna” and payable at Patna.
