REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from any recognized University. Possession of NCC B or C Certificate will be a desirable qualification. The desirable qualifications will be given consideration at the time of Interview/ Personality Test only.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Paramilitary regulations given in notice.
SEX: Both male and female candidates are eligible for appointment to BSF, CRPF and CISF. However, only male candidates are eligible for appointment in ITBP.
PAY SCALE: Rs.15600-39100/-+ grade pay Rs.5400/-.
REQUIRED AGE: 20 years-25 years as on 01-08-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An application Fee of Rs.200/- by General & OBC candidates have to deposit in any Branches of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.
SC/ST/Women and PHW candidates are exempted from paying of fee.
RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
