2. Assistant Directors (Corporate Law): A passed of Degree in any discipline and Bachelor's Degree in Law (OR) Integrated Bachelor's Degree in Law (five years) (OR) Bachelor's Degree in any subject and Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries with 01 year experience.
3. Assistant Directors (Forensic Audit): A passed of Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters of Business Economics or Master's in Commerce or Bachelor's in Law from any recognized Institute/University with 01 year experience.
4. Legal Officers (Grade-I): A passed of Master's degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/or International Relations or International Organizations from any recognized University. Candidates having specialization in International Law in M. Phil. or Ph. D. level but not at Master's level will also be eligible with 10 years experience.
