Steel Plant who have passed AITT up to batch no.75 and of the year 2001.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A Passed of Matriculation with ITI from recognized
institute in relevant field for ITI holders and Matriculation with Heavy
Vehicle Driver (HVD) License with experience for HVD trade for the post of ACT Trainee.
For the Post of OCT Trainee Matriculation with Diploma in Engineering from
recognized institution.
For the Post of ACT Trainee:
Matriculation with ITI holders - Fitter, Mason, Welder,
Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Computer Operator Programming
Assistant, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Draftsman.
For HVD Trade- Matriculation with Heavy Vehicle Driver (HVD) License having one year experience in Operation of Tipper.
For the Post of OCT (Trainee):
Diploma holders- Matriculation with Diploma in Engineering: Metallurgy, Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical/Mechtronics, Refractory/Ceramic, Electronic, Chemical and Instrumentation.
TRAINING PERIOD: Two years.
PAY DURING TRAINING PERIOD:
For the Post of ACT (Trainee): Rs. 8,600/- p.m. for 1st year and Rs.10,000/- p.m. for 2nd year. On completion of training in Grade pay scale of Rs. 8630-3%-12080/- (S-1).
For the Post of OCT (Trainee): Rs. 10,700/- p.m. for 1st year and Rs. 12,200/- p.m. for 2nd year. On completion of training in Grade pay Rs. 9160-3% 13150/- (S-3).
AGE RELAXATIONS: 5 years for SC/ST/ 3 years for OBC and 10
years for PWD.
RESERVATIONS: SC/ ST/OBC/PWD and ESM (Ex- Serviceman). ESM will be on Horizontal basis as per
prevailing rules.

SC/ST/PWD and departmental candidates to Pay in Slip of Rs. 50/- only as processing fee. The Pay in Slip SBI Challan is to be downloaded from the website.
