AICL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air India
Limited & is in the business of air transport of passenger and cargo, head quarter
in Kochi, India. This organization invites applications from eligible
candidates for the appointment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) posts. The CEO,
who will be based in Kochi, will be a part of the top management team and will
be looking after the overall operational performance of the company including
inter-alia Engineering, In-flight Services, Operations (including On Time
Performance) and Revenue & Yield Management. He will be on contract for a period of three
years extendable by two years based on the performance. The applicant must have
a min. experience of fifteen years, must be a professionally qualified, result
oriented with proven leadership qualities and should have been part of the top
Management Team of any Public/Private Sector organization. Preference would be given to those who have
been in the aviation industry with manpower strength of at least 2000
employees.
AGE:
Minimum age 40 years as on 25th Mar 2013.
PAY SCALE: Central/ State Public
Sector Enterprises:
Executives holding/ held posts in the
pay scale of Rs.20500- 26500/ Rs 20000- 24500 & above (Post 1.1.1997) or
equivalent scale of pay.
EMOLUMENTS: Compensation package will be negotiable based
on qualification, experience in the industry.
PRIVATE SECTOR:
SELECTION PROCEDURE: The selection
procedure will comprise of personal interview of shortlisted candidates. The selection will be
at the sole discretion of the Management.
