SENIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT- 07 (Seven).
PAY SCALE: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with five years of experience in the related field in a University/ Govt Department/Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Recognized educational institution. Certificate in computer applications of at least six months duration.
OFFICE ASSISTANT- 22 (Twenty Two).
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay Rs. 2400.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent with two years of experience in the related field in a University/Govt Department/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/Recognized educational institution. Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour. 3. Certificate in computer applications of six months duration.
JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT- 42 (Forty Two).
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay Rs. 1900.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depression per hour. Certificate/diploma in computer applications.
STENOGRAPHER GRADE-II- 03 (Three).
PAY SCALE: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of bachelors Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Speed of 100 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English.
STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III- 07 (Seven).
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Candidates must be 12th Pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized Board/University. Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English.
