Indian Army invites online applications from unmarried Indian Nationals male Engineering Degree students presently studying  in academic session of 2013-14 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army in 24th UES batch. Candidates can apply online up to 28-10-2013. Candidates can download detail advt./notification from official website for recruitment information like required age/ reservation in age/  required education qualification/ required application fee/ reservation for posts/ syllabus/ date of test/last date to apply/number of posts/name of department/ mode of selection/ how to apply and other instructions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:  A passed or appearing in final Engineering from a recognized University.

REQUIRED AGE:  18 years - 25 years. 

PHYSICAL STANDARD: As per Indian Army standard i.e. -Height-157.5 cms. For Gorkhas and hills of North Easter region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the height is 5 cms. Lesser. For candidates from Lakshadweep the height is reduced by 2 cms.

PAY SCALE: PB-3 - Rs.15600/-39100/- + grade pay Rs.5400/- plus MSP Rs.6000/- plus applicable allowances.

HOW TO APPLY: Eligible & interested candidates can apply on the plain paper as per the prescribed format downloaded from official website. The envelope (white) containing the application must be superscribed in red ink indicating clearly the branch of Engineering applied for as “ Application for 22 UES Entry : ......... Engineering”. Two unstamped self addressed envelope also be enclosed with the application. The application must be sent so as to reach respective “Command HQ” of the following address up to 28-10-2013.

2. HQ Western Command (A Brnach), Chandimandir, Pin-134107. For students studying in states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and Chandigarh.

4. HQ Southern Command (A Branch), Pune (Maharasthra), Pin-411001. For studying in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnatak, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Daman, Diu, Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Pondicherry, Lakshadweep and Kerala.
