NOTIFICATION: Anundoram Borooah Institute of Language, Art & Culture (ABILAC), Assam invites applications for the recruitment of 07 posts of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Finance & Administrative Officer/ Librarian and Library Professional Assistant from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested, candidates can send filled in application up to 09-09-2013.

POST WISE DETAILS: 07 Posts- Faculty-
1.Assistant Professor: 01 Post.
2. Associate Professor: 03 Posts.
3. Finance and Administrative Officer: 01 Post.
4. Librarian: 01 Post.
5. Library Professional Assistant: 01 Post.
REQUIRED AGE: Maximum age 38 years for Asst Professor/ Librarian and Library Professional Asstant/ 45 years for Finance and Administrative Officer as on 01-09-2013.
AGE RELAXATIONS: Applicable as per the Govt.rules.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines and MA in relevant disciplines or its equivalent qualification from a recognised University.
REQUIRED FEE: A bank demand draft of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of the “Director, ABILAC” and payable at SBI GMC Branch, Guwahati-5.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test/Interview.
