NOTIFICATION: Thane Municipal Corporation invites filled in applications for the recruitment of 385 Guard (Police) posts from Indian Nationals, who are eligible & interested, candidates can send filled in application on a prescribed format up to 19-11-2013.

POST DETAILS: 385 Post- Guards (Police)-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of SSC /10th class or its equivalent from a recognised Board/Institute/ Military Ex Serviceman/ Police Force Serviceman/ Home guard or NCC Training Candidates will be given weight age.
REQUIRED AGE: 18 years to 33 years as on 19-11-2013.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. rules.
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be selected on the basis on Physical/ Ground Test Marks Obtained out of total 100 marks test and SSC Exam Marks merit wise.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
