REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with one compulsory subjects from Agriculture/ Botany/Chemistry/ Computer Application / Science/ Engineering (Agricultural / Chemical / Civil / Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical), Environmental Science/ Forestry/ Geology/ Horticulture/ Mathematics/ Physics/Statistics/ Veterinary Science/Zoology from a recognised University, deemed University or foreign University approved / recognised by the Central Government.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 9300/-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-.
REQUIRED AGE: 21years - 30 years as on 01-08- 2013.
AGE RELAXATION: Up to a maximum of 5 years for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe, 3 years for Other Backward class, Up to a maximum of 5 years in respect of trained Rangers of the Forest Department, Up to a maximum of 10 years for blind/deaf-mute and Orthopedically handicapped persons.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Selection depends on the merit list of Written Test/ Interview and Medical Test.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 200/- for General/OBC and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST in cash as examination fee to be submitted along with the application from at the counter of Manipur Public Service Commission.
HOW TO APPLY: Eligible & interested candidates must send filled in application in three copies of recent passport size photograph along with the required certificates from Matriculation onwards which is to be authenticated by the candidate himself along with a self addressed stamped of Rs. 5/- (size 27cm x 12 cm) and postage stamp of Rs. 5/- for Acknowledgement Card affixed thereon, should be submitted along with the application by the candidate at the counter of Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) up to 14-11-2013.
