NOTIFICATION: Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) invites filled in applications for the recruitment of 110 posts of Head Constable (Ministerial) from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested, candidates can send filled in application up to 29-11-2013.

POST DETAILS: Head Constable (Ministerial): 110 posts -UR-60, SC-15,ST-8, OBC-27) (Ex.SM-14).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised Board/Institute and must have typing knowledge.
PAY SCALE: PB-1- Rs. 5200/ - 20200/- + GP Rs. 2400/-.
REQUIRED AGE: 18 years -25 years as on 01-08-2013.
REQUIRED FEE: A Bank Demand Draft of Rs. 50/- as an application fee drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, SSB, SHQ HQ, RANIDANGA”, and payable at SBI Branch, Siliguri (WB), Code – 0184”.
No fee to be charged from SC/ ST & Ex-Servicemen candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test/Interview.
