REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:   

1-   REGISTRAR: A passed of Master Degree in any discipline with min. 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University in India and must have min.15 years of experience.

2-      SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER (Civil: A passed of Master Degree in Civil Engineering with 1^st Class or its equivalent from a recognized University and must have min.15 years of experience in relevant field as Civil Engineer with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/ or higher level from CPWD, State PWD or semi-Government/PSU/Statutory or Autonomous organisation,  University or  Institutes of national importance/reputed organisation under Central/State Government, of which at least 5 years is as Senior Executive Engineer in the Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/ or its equivalent.

3-      EXECUTIVE ENGINEER -Electrical: A passed of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 1^st Class or its equivalent from a recognized University and must have min.5 years of experience as Assistant Executive Engineer in Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- or equivalent in CPWD/State PWD or similar organized services/ Semi - Government./PSU/Statutory or Autonomous organization/Universities/ reputed Institute or organizations under Central/State Government.

4-      ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (Civil): A passed of Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with 1^st Class or its equivalent from a recognized University and must have min.5 years of experience as Assistant Engineer or equivalent post in Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/.

5-      ASSISTANT REGISTRAR: A passed of Master Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University and must have min.5 years of experience as Superintendent or equivalent post in Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/.

6-      ASSISTANT LIBRARY INFORMATION OFFICER: A passed of Master Degree in Library Science from a recognized University and must have min.5 years of experience in Grade Pay of Rs.4200/ or equivalent in a Library or Computerization of a Library.

7-      SENIOR LIBRARY INFORMATION ASSISTANT: A passed of Master Degree in Library Science from a recognized University and must have min.02 years of experience in a Library or Computerization of a Library.

8-      ASSISTANT: A passed of Bachelor Degree with knowledge of computer applications and must have min.02 years of experience in field.

9-      STENOGRAPHER: A passed of Bachelor Degree in any subject and speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm and must have 02 year experience on computerized office applications in English Typing.

10-  JUNIOR ASSISTANT: A passed of Bachelor Degree with knowledge of computer applications and must have 02 year experience in relevant field.

AGE RELAXATION: Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. applicable Rules.

POST RESERVATION:  Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS:  Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written examination/Interview test.

REQUIRED FEE:  A Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- for the posts of Sl. No. 01 to 05 of the advertisement and Rs. 250/- for the posts of Sl. No. 06 to10 is to be paid by candidate.

No fee from SC/ST and Physically Handicapped applicants.
