NOTIFICATION:  Coal India Limited invites online applications for the recruitment of 339 vacant posts of Management Trainee in different disciplines of 21 major coalfields across eight states in India (West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh & Assam). CIL is a Schedule 'A'-Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Coal Government of India from Male / female Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online up to 14-04-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS:  339 posts of Management Trainee-

1- ENVIRONMENT: 72 posts.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ - 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in the pay scale of Rs. 24900/ - 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed degree in Environmental Engineering or any equivalent engineering degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.

2- SALES AND MARKETING: 31 posts.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ - 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in the pay scale of Rs. 24900/ - 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% marks.

3- PERSONNEL: 26 posts

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ - 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in the pay scale of Rs. 24900/ - 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 % marks.

4- FINANCE: 73 posts

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ - 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in the pay scale of Rs. 24900/ – 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed CA or ICWA.

5- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: 120 posts

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ – 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in the pay scale of Rs. 24900/ - 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed two years full time post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized University/Institute specializing in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/Development Management/Rural Management.

6- MATERIALS MANAGEMENT: 17 posts

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed as a Management Trainee in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 20600/ - 46500/- during training and after successful completion of training grade will become E3 in pay scale of Rs. 24900/ - 50500/-.

Required Age: The age of the applicant must be below 30 years.

Required Qualification: Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in material Management with specialization in material Management or Master of material management with specialization material from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% marks.

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

REQUIRED FEE:  An amount of Rs.500/- by General & OBC categories candidates have to pay as an application fee through Bank Challan form downloaded from official website.

No application fee by SC/ ST/ Women/ PWD & Ex-Serviceman candidates.

POST RESERVATION:  Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC),      Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and Interview.
