NOTIFICATION: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt. of India. (NHAI) invites filled in applications for the recruitment of 83 vacant posts of DGM, Manager and Junior Hindi Translator on deputation/direct recruitment basis from officers having analogues posts under the State/Central Government Department/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings etc. and from fresh candidates Male / female Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can send filled in application up to 16-04-2014.

1- DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (Tech) – 30 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-.
Required Age: Max age for this post is 56 years for deputation & 45 years for direct recruitment.
2- MANAGER (Tech) - 50 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-.
Required Age: Max age for this post is 40 years.
3- JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR - 03 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Master degree or its equivalent qualification in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a subject/medium of examination at degree level from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
Required Age: Max age for this post for direct recruitment candidates is 30 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.
REQUIRED FEE: No fee is required for these posts.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
