POST WISE DETAILS: 267 posts of group “c” posts of Fitter, Machinist and Turner-
1. Fitter General: 45 posts.
2. Machinist: 160 posts.
3. Turner: 62 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculation, NCTVT certificate in the relevant trade failing which ITI, Engineering Degree & Engineering Diploma from recognized university or Board.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s age should be in between 18 years to 33 years(must be born not earlier than 24-11-1981 and not later than 24-11-1985).
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 50/- as application fee is to be paid by General and other unreserved category candidates. Application fee must be paid through a crossed Indian Postal Order (I.P.O) OR crossed Bank Draft issued from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “The General Manager OEF, Kanpur “. Applicant must write his/her Registration No. on back side if IPO/ DD. The Postal Order/ Bank Draft should be issued on OR after date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
SC/ ST / Ex-Serviceman/ PHP & Women category candidates are exempted from paying of application fee.

POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
