NOTIFICATION: High Court of Gujarat, Ahmadabad invites online application for the recruitment of 18 posts of Legal Assistant vacancies on the establishment of High Court of Gujarat on contractual basis from Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply through online application up to 27-04-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 18 Posts of Legal Assistant-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of degree OR its equivalent qualification in law from a recognised Indian University OR Institute approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and applicant also must have the basic knowledge of computer applications and operations.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s required age must be in between 20 years to 35 years as on closing date. OR candidate should have born between 11-04-1996 & 11-04-1979.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.15000/- per month.
REQUIRED FEE: Applicants need to pay an amount of Rs.200/- + Bank Charges as an application fee, using the ‘Cash Voucher’ in the prescribed format at any of the Core Banking Service branches of the State Bank of India in the Current Bank Account No.30725811785, held in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmadabad, maintained by the State Bank of India, High Court Complex Branch, Ahmadabad from 16-04-2014 to 27-04-2014 during bank working days and hours.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of in the preliminary examination (screening test) and viva voice.
HOW TO APPLY: For this post eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 27-04-2014. Candidates must keep a hard copy of online submitted application form which will be required to be brought by the candidate if called for at the time of Interview along with all original documents with spare sets of attested photocopies of all certificates.

3. Click on Apply Online link and Fill all the mandatory details.
4. Save the Online Application, by clicking on ‘Save’ button.
5. Thereafter, a new window will be opened which displays Candidate’s Application Number as the application saved. Note down the application number.
6. By entering Application No and Date of Birth, candidate is required to upload their Scanned Photograph & Signature.
7. Then click on ‘Confirm Application’ to register your online application. Candidate should receive an ‘SMS’ communication conveying their Confirmation Number, on the ‘registered’ Mobile Number.
