POST WISE DETAILS: 23 posts of Managers-
1- MANAGER: 19 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 24900-50500/-.
Required Age: Candidate’s max age should not exceed 42 years as on closing date.
2- DEPUTY MANAGER: 11 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-.
Required Age: Candidate’s max age should not exceed 35 years as on closing date.
3- ASSISTANT MANAGER: 03 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-.
Required Age: Candidate’s max age should not exceed 28 years as on closing date.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Naval Architecture discipline preferably with post graduate degree / diploma in Business Management with specialization in Strategic Planning/ Marketing/ CA / ICWA / Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Govt./ Graduate in Physics and Chemistry with Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Govt./ MBBS degree/ LLB/ Graduate in any discipline with experience in Navy / Army / Air Force or Para Military Forces. Candidates having Diploma in Industrial Security will be preferred. Working knowledge in Computer and experience in concerned fields is essential for all posts.
NOTE: For Assistant Manager- Candidates appearing / already appeared in Final year/ semester examination may also apply for the said posts.
a- However, they have to satisfy the criteria for qualifying marks as enumerated at Sl. No. iv below.
b- Such candidates have to produce Final mark sheet issued by University / Institution on the date of interview, failing which they will not be allowed for appearing in the interview.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time to SC/ ST/ OBC/ widows candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: The shortlisted eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written Test and interview. Interview will be conducted in the month of August / September 2014 at Kolkata. Option of Hindi medium shall be given in all selection tests / Interview.
