NOTIFICATION: Effective societal application of progress in science and technology is key to the successful and sustainable development. Govt. of Madhya Pradesh has established M.P. Council of Science & Technology with the objective of bringing happiness through socio-economic development of all sections-urban, rural to the remotest part of the state. During last 3 decades, Council has undertaken many programmes for popularization and application of science and technology showing its impact in rural and tribal areas to the remotest part of state reaching last man of society. Implemented programmes by the Council encompass rural, artisans, farmers, women, students, researchers, teachers including all people to inculcate scientific attitude among them. Many of the programmes of the Council has been applauded and awarded at National level. MP Council of Science and Technology invites offline applications for the recruitment of 29 vacant posts of Directors & Scientists from eligible & interested Indian residents; candidates can apply through offline mode application 10-07-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 29 posts of Directors & Scientists -
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Class Master Degree or its equivalent qualification/ Doctorate Degree in concerned field/research in concerned field at National or International level/Research Ph. D. /Master Degree in various fields with required experience from any recognized University.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should not exceed 35 years for Scientists and 50 years for Directors as on 10-07-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: PB-4 –Rs.37400 – 67000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- for Directors and PB-3 – Rs. 15600 – 39100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time to SC/ ST/ OBC/ widows candidates.
SELECTION PROCESS: The shortlisted eligible candidates only will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal Interview. Candidates have to carry with them all original documents while presenting themselves for interview at given time, date and venue available on official website.
