REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: The candidates must have passed BDS Degree or its equivalent course from any recognized University and must be registered (on Permanent basis) with State Dental Council of Andhra Pradesh or any other state in India constituted under DCI Act. /experience required.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 - 41 years as on 01-07-2014 with all type reservation.
PAY SCALE: Rs.20680-46960/-+ GP Rs. 2400/-and other allowances as admissible under the rules in force from time to time.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable application fee of Rs. 500/-by General & OBC category candidates to be paid. Application Fee in the form of a DD payable at Hyderabad drawn in favour of “Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad” to be made before 27-07-2014.

INSTRUCTIONS:

2-The applicant must send the envelope containing the application by speed post.
3-The department is not responsible if un-super scribed envelops got mixed up with other envelopes. The applicants are therefore advised to strictly follow the instructions in their own interest and super scribe the envelopes accordingly.
4-Incomplete / incorrect applications and applications received after due date and time will be summarily rejected. e-Copy of the latest Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC (with categorization) issued by MRO concerned. In the absence of proper certificates the candidate will be considered as OC only.

g-Disability certificates by competent authority.
h-Service certificate from the controlling officer concerned in case of Medical officer working on contract basis in the following proforma prescribed.
