NOTIFICATION: The State Bank of India invites offline applications for the recruitment of 300 vacant posts of Special Management Executive (Banking) on regular basis from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian residents, candidates who are eligible & interested can apply through offline mode at official website up to 11-08-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 300 posts of Special Management Executive-
1- SPECIAL MANAGEMENT Executive (Banking)-MMGS (MSME): III: 165 Posts.
Required Age: Between 25 to 40 years as on last date to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs.25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500 52,000/-.
2- SPECIAL MANAGEMENT Executive (Banking)-MMGS (DSME): II: 135 Posts.
Required Age: Between 25 to 35 years as on last date to apply.
Pay Scale: Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 39,000/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: The candidates must have passed a Degree in CA/ICWA/ ACS/MBA/MMS/PGDBA/ PGPM/PGDM with minimum 60% marks in Graduation and one of the mentioned degrees. The candidates must have minimum experience of 2 years as on 31-08-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: General and Other candidates - Rs. 500/- (App. Fee including intimation charges) and
SC/ST/PWD candidates Rs. 100/- (Intimation Charges only) to be paid as an application fee.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination followed by group discussion and interview.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION:
1- Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for. The Bank would admit for the test all the candidates applying for the posts with the requisite fee on the basis of the information furnished in the online application and shall determine their eligibility only at the time of interview.
2- Candidates serving in Govt./ Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector undertakings including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions are advised to submit 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer at the time of interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered and travelling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.
3- In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce proper discharge certificate from the employer at the time of taking up the appointment.
4- Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ ST candidates, if called for interview.
5- A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/ she does not belong to the creamy layer as on 11-08-2014. OBC certificate containing the 'Non-creamy layer' clause, issued during the period 01-04-2014 to the date of interview, should be submitted by such candidates, if called for interview.
