NOTIFICATION: These posts in high court of Uttarakhand are purely on contract basis for a fixed term till the end of 13th Finance Commission i.e till 31st March, 2015. However, the term may be terminated at any time, if the incumbent is found lacking. The High Court of Uttarakhand invites offline applications for the recruitment of 56 vacant posts of Court Managers, Stenographers, clerks and peons in the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital and District Courts in the State of Uttarakhand, carrying a fixed honorarium with no Dearness and/or any other allowances and also without any other perquisite such as residential accommodation etc. from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian residents, candidates who are eligible & interested can apply through offline mode at official website up to 11-08-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 56 posts of Court Managers, Stenographers, clerks and peons-
1- COURT MANAGERS: 14 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of a MBA degree in General management or equivalent from a recognized University.
Pay: Rs. 75000/- per month.
2- STENOGRAPHERS: 14 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of a Graduate degree or equivalent & Knowledge in Computer Typing from a recognized University.
Pay: Rs. 10000/- per month.
3- CLERKS: 14 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of a Graduate degree or equivalent & Knowledge in Computer/ Typing from a recognized University.
Pay: Rs. 9000/- per month.
4- PEONS: 14 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of a class 8th Std/ Junior High School or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Pay: Rs. 7000/- per month.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age for these posts should be in between of 21 years- 40 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- for Court Manager, Rs.200/- for Stenographer and Clerk and Rs. 100/- for Peon, through postal order or bank draft drawn in favour of “Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital”. While filling the application form the applicant must be careful because in case the applicant is found ineligible, the fee will not be refunded.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in interview and typing test as per post.
