NOTIFICATION: Northeast Frontier Railway has Five Divisions namely, Tinsukia, Lumding, Rangiya, Alipurduar & Katihar & at field level these Divisions are directly responsible for Train operations and reports to General Manager. Each of these Divisions is headed by Divisional Railway Manager, a Senior Administrative Grade officer of the rank of Joint Secretary to Government of India. Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) invites offline application for the direct recruitment of 56 vacant posts of sportsperson from Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply through offline application up to 15-09-2014.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculate or ITI or equivalent/ Graduate or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should be in between of 18- 25 years as on 01-01-2015. No relaxation in lower or upper age limit will be permissible in this recruitment.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5200- Rs. 20200/-+ GP Rs. 1800-2800/- as per posts.
REQUIRED FEE: A demand draft (DD) of Rs. 100/- for the post of Grade Pay-Rs.2800/2400/2000/1900/- and Rs. 40/- for Grade the post of Pay-Rs.1800 to be deposited by candidates, to be drawn a in favour of “FA & CAO/NF Railway” and payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati–781011.
