PAY SCALE: Approximate Rs.40000/- p.m. on Cost to Company Basis for all posts. Designation may vary depending on place of posting.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 600/- to be paid by Unreserved candidates through challan at State Bank of India (SBI) or Online Payment through Debit/ Credit card.
SC/ ST & PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance of Written Test, skill test, Physical and medical fitness test and Personal Interview.
NOTE: (a) Written Test comprising of General Aptitude Test and Technical / Professional Knowledge.
(b) The Written Test is likely to be conducted at 5 Centres. i.e., Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata, Chennai & Delhi However, HPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any Centre.
(c) Candidates may be called for written test at any centre other than his/her choice.
(d) Candidates qualifying in the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview/s, in order of the category-wise and position wise merit list of the Written Test in a predetermined ratio. While drawing merit list of successful candidates, 85% weight age would be given to performance in written test and 15% to Personal Interview/s.
