REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculation or equivalent from a Board, or University recognized by the Central or State Govt.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: As given below-
CT/DRIVER: Should possess "Transport Vehicle" driving license and have to pass the driving test at the time of recruitment.
CT/FITTER: Should possess 02 year ITI Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle issued by National Council for Vocational Training approved by DGET, Ministry of Labour, GOI or Diploma in Automobile issued by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development, which is an apex body.
TRADESMAN: Must be proficient in respective trades.
EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have one year experience. Wards of CRPF personnel who have undergone training in ITIs run by CRPF are exempted from one year practical experience. Their technical knowledge and aptitude for the job will be considered for their enrolment in CRPF.
PAY SCALE: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200/-+Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus other allowances as per norms.
REQUIRED AGE: In between of 21 years to 27 years for Constable (Driver) and in between of 18 years to 23 years for rest of all trades as on 01-01-2015.
CT/DVR: Between 21 years to 27 years (Candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1988 and not later than 01-01-1994).
OTHER POSTS EXCEPT CT/DVR: Between 18 years to 23 years (Candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-1997).
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: Rs.50/- only is required to be paid by means of crossed IPO/Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving centre by the male candidates belonging to General and OBC categories. The IPO/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque should be purchased/drawn after the date of publication of advertisement and should be payable/en-cashable at Post office/Bank where the application receiving centre is situated. Applications of Male candidates belonging to General and OBC categories will be straightaway rejected if application fee, as above, is not attached alongwith the application.
Candidates belongs SC & ST category, all female candidates and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in all activities-
a- FIRST PHASE (STAGE-I) - Height bar and 05 Kms race for the post of Constable (Driver and Fitter) only, Physical efficiency test, Screening of Testimonials, Physical Measurement / Standard test.
b- SECOND PHASE (STATE-II) - Written test.
c-THIRD PHASE (STAGE - III) - Trade test (practical assessment in two mode (Objective & Subjective) (qualifying in nature).
d-FOURTH PHASE (STAGE-IV) - Medical examination.
e-The Schedule for first phase (Stage -1), third phase (stage-3) and fourth phase (stage 4) Recruitment is tentative.
WRITTEN TEST: 01-03-2015 (Sunday).
HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible and interested candidates must send their filled up application on a prescribed format downloaded from official website along with demand draft of fee, after affixing latest passport size photographs up to 20-12-2014 to the authorities, as mentioned below, located within the State of domicile of the candidate so as to reach there in time. It should be super-scribed on the envelope that "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (TECH & TRADES) IN CRPF -2014".
Candidates should also enclose four self-addressed envelopes (4×9 inches) duly affixed with postal stamp of Rs.27/- on each.
