This Institute was conferred upon status of Deemed University on June 26, 2002. Since then it has been renamed as National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree/ equivalent with specialization in Environmental Engineering, Control Theory and Production Engineering.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
Assistant Professor: Rs.15600 – 39100/-+ Grade pay Rs. 6000/- , Rs. 7000/-, Rs. 8000/-.
REQUIRED AGE: Refer notification.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/-by General & OBC and Rs.200/- in case of SC / ST & PWD candidates online through SBI Collect/ Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra” on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Kurukshetra.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
