REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of IAF Diploma or Diploma in Engineering in concern discipline/trade and must have minimum 5 years of working experience on Russian Aircrafts after acquiring the Diploma Qualification.
PAY SCALE: Rs.17427/- p.m. inclusive of Basic Pay+ D.A.
(at the minimum of the pay scale in Scale 6).
HEALTH: Applicant should be of sound health and should meet the medical standards prescribed by the company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to receipt of satisfactory medical report from the company’s Doctor as per the Medical Standards of the company.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of an
applicant must be below 28 years as on 31-12-2014 is 28 years, however
Ex-Serviceman who has put not less than six months continuous service in the
Armed forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such
service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the
maximum age limit prescribed for the post or service by more than 3 years, he
is deemed to satisfy the condition regarding the age limit. The candidates, who
are going to get discharged from the services upto 31st March, 2015 can also
appear for the selection procedure.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED
FEE: No application fee is required.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled
caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with
Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and Personal Interview. Interested and eligible Ex-servicemen possessing the requisite experience and qualification may kindly walk-in for the selection process on 04-01-2015 at 0900 Hours at GES HAL English Medium School & Junior College, Ojhar Township. The candidates should bring all the relevant certificates/testimonials etc along with one set of Xerox copies in support of educational qualifications, experience, date of birth, discharge book, Caste certificate (In Central Govt. format). In case of OBC category, candidates should possess a valid Non-creamy layer certificate not older than 06 months.
All the relevant and required documents as per the advertised criteria will be scrutinized before the written test and those candidates who are found meeting the advertised criteria will only be allowed for the written test. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 5 times (Maximum) the number of vacancies for the personal interview on the basis of order of merit in the written examination. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview together.
TENURE: The selected candidates will be engaged on contract basis initially for a period of 2 years with effect from the date of joining duty. The contract will expire on completion of two years from the date of joining duty. The contract period may be extended by one / two more year(s) depending based on organizational requirements at the discretion of the Management, subject to assessment with regard to conduct and performance during the contract period. However, in any event, such extension will not be beyond the age of superannuation, which is 60 years. The posts are purely on contract basis and there is no provision for regularization/ absorption.

1- Before attending for the selection procedure the candidates should
