The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS. Experience: 14 years teaching and/or research experience.
B - ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: 02 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Medical qualification included in 1st or 2nd or part-II of 3rd schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956/a post-graduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in a respective discipline/subject.
Experience: 06 years teaching and/or research experience.
C - ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: 30 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Medical qualification included in 1st or 2nd or part-II of 3rd schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956/a post-graduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in a respective discipline/subject.
Experience: 06 years teaching and/or research experience.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should not exceed more than 50 years as on 10-01-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application fee is Rs. 500/-by General & OBC candidates and Rs. 125/- by SC/ST candidates to be paid in shape of a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of “Director, IGIMS, Patna” and payable at Patna.
