NOTIFICATION: Indian Army, recruitment section invites online applications for the recruitment of 20 vacancies of Education Officers in Army Education Corps (AEC) from only Unmarried/ Married Male, course commencing in July 2015 at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian residents who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online at official website up to 31-12-2014.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Post Graduate Degree MA in the following subjects –
English/Economics/History/ Geography/Pol. Science/Philosophy/Psychology/ Sociology/Public Administration/International Relation/International Studies OR M. Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths/ Statistics/ Botany/ Geology/ Nano Science/Electronics OR Foreign language (MA in Chinese/Tibetan/Burmese/ Pushto/ Dari & Arabic.) OR M. Com/ MCA/MBA with 1st or 2nd Division. Refer official notification.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s age should be in between of 23 years to 27 years at the time of commencement of course. Candidates should be born between 02 Jul 88 and 01 Jul 92 (both dates inclusive).
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST & OBC category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: Refer official notification.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The applicant will be selected on the basis of performance in Short listing of Applications, Physical Standard, written test, Medical Examination, Merit List and interview test.
1. Short listing of Applications. Integrated HQ of MoD(Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cutoff percentage of marks for each category of the subject without assigning any reason.
2. Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP) and Bangalore (Karnataka) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer. Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued through candidate's registered e-mail id and through SMS. Candidates will not be interviewed locally. Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of DG Rtg, IHQ MoD (Army) and no request for changes are entertained in this regard.
3. Interviews will be held in Mar/Apr 2015 onwards.
4. Candidates will put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage 1 will go to Stage 2. Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same date. Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival and details of the same are available at official website.

• One copy of the Print out of application duly signed and affixed photograph attested by Govt. Gazetted Officer.
• Attested copy of Matriculation or equivalent certificate for age proof.
• Attested copy of 12th Class Certificate & Mark sheet.
• Attested Copies of Marks sheets & Degree Certificate of Graduate Course.
• Attested copy of Mark sheets & Degree Certificate of Post Graduate Course.
• All certificates in original. Originals will be returned after verification.
