POST WISE DETAILS: 132 posts of Attendant cum Technician Trainee – S1-
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A
passed of Matriculation or its equivalent from any recognized Board and All India Trade Test conducted by NCVT after completing the
stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an integrated steel
plant.
PAY SCALE:
Rs.15830—22150/-
per month after completion of 2 years training.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should be in
between of 18
- 28 years as on 01-12-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for
reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
A- MALE CANDIDATES: Height—155cms, Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)— 75cms/79cms, Weight—45 kgs.
B- FEMALE CANDIDATES: Height—143cms, Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)—N/A, Weight—35 kgs.
Eye vision and Color vision should be normal. Candidates should be medically fit.
REQUIRED
FEE: An amount of Rs.150/- is to be
paid by means of SBI Fee Challan which can be print-out from SAIL’s website by
General & OBC candidates.
No application fee from SC/ST and PWD candidates.
POST RESERVATION:
Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled
Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD),
Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on
the basis of their performance in
Written Examination and Interview.
