NOTIFICATION: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Patna notified a recruitment to fill up 197 vacant posts of Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor/Ph. NO.OF POSTS: 197 vacant posts of Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in AIIMS Patna.
1. Professor: 30 posts.
2. Additional Professor: 25 posts.
3. Associate Professor: 62 posts.
4. Assistant Professor: 80 posts.
PAY SCALE: As per Govt. rule.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of master degree or Ph. D degree from any approved University and must have required experience in concerned field.
REQUIRED AGE: Max required age should not exceed 50 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 1000/- by General & OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- SC/ST candidates to pay through Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. Transaction Processing fee, if any, as applicable, shall be payable to the Bank by the Candidate.
Physically handicapped candidates (>40% disability) are exempted from paying the application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and personal interview.
