NO.OF POSTS: 50 vacant posts of Apprentices in various Trades in Howrah.
1. Book Binder: 34 Posts.
2. Offset Machine Minder: 09 Posts.
3. PASAA: 01 Post.
4. Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance: 02 Posts.
5. Plate Maker (Lithography): 04 Posts.
PAY SCALE: As per details a stipend as given below-
1. During the First Year of Training - Rs.2,100/-.
2. During the Second Year of Training - Rs.2,400/-.
3. During the Third Year of Training - Rs.2,800/-.
4. During the Fourth Year of Training - Rs.3,100/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculation/Madhyamik with ITI or equivalent from any recognized Board.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should not be less than 14 years as on 01-04-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and Personal interview.
