1. Professor: 25 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400 – 67000/-+AGP Rs. 10000/-.
2. Associate Professor: 22 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400 – 67000/-+AGP Rs. 9000/-.
3. Assistant Professor: 31 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15000 – 39100/-+AGP Rs. 6000/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Ph. D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch and must have required experience in concerned discipline.
REQUIRED AGE: Required age should not exceed 65 (depends on post) years as on 03-03-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A Bank demand draft of Rs.300/- by General & OBC candidates drawn in favour of “the Registrar, Tripura University” and payable at S.B.I., Tripura University campus branch (Code 10495) to be send.
SC/ST/PWD & Women candidates are exempted from paying of fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal interview.
