NOTIFICATION: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has notified a recruitment to fill up 23 vacant posts of Scientist ‘B’ (Special Recruitment Drive for OBC/SC/ST Candidates)/BE/B. Tech in Aero, CSE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Age up to 31/33 years/Pay Rs.15,600-39,100/-/ Advt. No. 117/Apply online up to 10-04-2015/ DRDO Recruitment 2015 Scientist “B” 23 Posts.

NO.OF POSTS: 23 vacant posts of Scientist ‘B’ (Special Recruitment Drive for OBC/SC/ST Candidates) in DRDO.
PAY SCALE: Rs.15600-39100/-+GP Rs. 5400/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of BE/B. Tech in Aero, CSE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from any recognized University.
REQUIRED AGE: (a) OBC (Non-creamy layer) - Not exceeding 31 years.
(b) SC/ST - Not exceeding 33 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application Fee of Rs. 50/- shall be paid online by OBC candidates.
No fee is payable by SC/ ST/ PH (with minimum 40% disability) / Women candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal interview after shortlisted.
