1. Assistant Professor: A passed of Ph.D. 0 to 1 year exp.
2. Associate Professor: A passed of Ph. D with six year exp.
3. Professor: A passed of Ph. D with ten year exp.
REQUIRED AGE: Refer notification.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below-
1. Assistant Professor: Rs. 15,000-39,100/-with different AGP.
2. Associate Professor: Rs. 37,400/- 67,000/- with AGP as per rule of MHRD.
3. Professor: Rs. 67,000/- 79,000/- with HAG scale.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application Fee of Rs. 600/- by means of Demand draft, drawn in favor of the “NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DURGAPUR”, payable at Durgapur by General & OBC candidates.
SC/ST/PWD & Women applicants need not to pay fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
