2. Section Officer: A passed of Graduate/PG with at least second division (50% marks)/3 years experience as Senior Assistant or 5 years experience as UDC or equivalent posts in University/College.

5. Professional Assistant: A passed of M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./M.Lib with B. Lib Sciences/1 year Diploma in Library Science/2 year’s job experience in a University/College Library.
6. Assistant Accountant: A passed of B.Com./M.Com from a recognized University with Accountancy/Audit with 50% marks/ Proficiency in computer operation.
7. Assistant (UDC) : A passed of Bachelor's Degree/English/Hindi Typing speed of 40/30 w.p.m. on Computer/2 years experience as LDC or equivalent post of any University/ College/ Educational Institution/ Proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting in English and Hindi.
8. Junior Assistant (LDC) : A passed of Graduate with at least 6 months of training on the use of Computer for Office Automation, Book keeping and word processing from a certified Institution or Second Class Graduate with Diploma in Computer recognized by AICTE/Typing English/Hindi - 40/30 w.p.m. on Computer.
9. Semi-Professional Assistant: A passed of Graduate with B .Lib Sciences/Proficiency in computer operation.
