1 - Data Processing Assistant: 22 Posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay Rs.2400/-.
2 - Assistant Archivist (General): 23 Posts.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
3 - Assistant (Architectural Department): 24 Posts.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Data Processing Assistant: A passed of Degree of a recognized University with Science, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Statistics or equivalent and Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application from any Government recognized institution and knowledge of programming, system operations and systems analysis to be judged through suitable tests.
2. Assistant Archivist (General): A passed of Master’s Degree in History with an optional paper in Indian History of post-1750 period from any recognized University or Institute and Diploma in Archival studies.
3. Assistant: A passed of Diploma in Architecture from any recognized University or Institute.
REQUIRED AGE: As per details given below as on 20-07-2015 –
1. Data Processing Assistant: 18 to 27 years.
2. Assistant & Assistant Archivist: 18 to 30 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An Application Fee of Rs.50/- by General & OBC candidates to be paid through “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” or “SBI Net Banking/Credit Cards/ Debit Cards” only.
No fee from Woman candidates, Physically Handicapped, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Ex-S. However, no fee concession would be admissible to Ex-S who would otherwise be considered as general candidate.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Medical test and Interview Test.
