Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, Practical Test and or interview. Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. 5,200 to Rs20,200/-+ GP Rs. 2800/- per month. ABOUT: बिहार राज्य के अधिनियम संख्या - 7/2002 के द्वारा वेतनमान रू. 6,500-10,500/- के नीचे के वर्ग-3 के अराजपत्रित पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, पो.- वेटनरी कॉलेज, पटना का गठन किया गया । अवर सेवा चयन परिषद पूर्व में ही भंग हो गई थी तथा विद्यालय सेवा बोर्ड के भंग होने के उपरांत आयोग में इसे शामिल कर दिया गया । बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग में एक अध्यक्ष तथा दो सदस्यों के पद सृजित हैं जिसमें भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के सचिव स्तर के अधिकारी अध्यक्ष होते हैं तथा वर्ग-1 के विभिन्न संवर्गों के 14,000/- रूपये वेतनमान से अन्यून पदाधिकारियों को सदस्य के रूप में सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत किया जाता है । आयोग में प्रशासनिक स्तर पर सचिव एवं संयुक्त सचिव होते हैं जो बिहार प्रशासनिक सेवा के पदाधिकारी होते हैं । न्यायालयी मामलों को देखने के लिए एक विधि पदाधिकारी होते हैं जिन्हें सरकार द्वारा पदस्थापित किया जाता है ।
