NOTIFICATION: The Indian Navy has notified a recruitment to fill up various vacant posts of Short Service Commissioned Officers (unmarried Men and Women) in Aviation Cadre of Executive Branch Course Commencing - June - 2016 at Naval Academy for Pilot and Observer branchs from any graduate or graduate with Physics and Maths passed candidates having age below 24 years. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in academic records, SSB interview (Intelligence test, Picture Perception, Discussion test, Psychological test, Group test & interview) and medical examination. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of (a) A Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate of 60% marks with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects at 10+2 level. (b) for CPL - Graduation with 60% marks with Physics and Maths at 10+2 level and having current CPL issued by DGCA.
PAY SCALE: Rs.15600-39100/-+ G P Rs.5400/-+ MSP Rs.6000/-.
REQUIRED AGE: Max required age should be in between 19 to 24 years (candidates to be born between 02 July 1992 to 01 July 1997; both dates inclusive) for General candidates and between 19-25 years for CPL Holders (candidates to be born between 02 July 1991 to 01 July 1997; both dates inclusive).
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PHYSICAL STANDARD: Height -
i. Male – 157 cms with correlated weight.
ii. Female – 152 cms with correlated weight.

PAY SCALE AND PROMOTIONS: Promotion from Sub-Lieutenant to Commander is one time scale basis subject to fulfillment of requisite service conditions.
