The Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Screening test and personal interview. The selected candidates will be paid a salary as per Govt. Rules. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Lab Technician: A passed of Intermediate from any recognized Board and must have Diploma in Laboratory Technician course.
2. X-Ray Technician: A passed of Diploma in X-Ray Technician.
3. Physiotherapy Technician: A passed of Intermediate with Science from any recognized Board and must have 09 months training certificate in Physiotherapy Technician.
4. Dental Hygienist: A passed of Intermediate (Science-Biology group) from any recognized Board and must have Diploma in Dental Hygiene.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1. Lab Technician to Pharmacist: Rs. 5200/- - 20200/- + GP Rs. 2800/--2400/-.
2. Staff Nurse: Rs. 9300/- - 34800/- + GP Rs. 4200/-.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age as on 01-07-2015 should be in between of age limit given as below –
Sl. No.1 to 6 Posts - 18 years - 40 years.
Sl. No.7 & 8 posts - 21 years -40 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable Application fee of Rs. 105/- by General & OBC candidates, Rs.65/- by SC /ST candidates and Rs. 25/- by PWD candidates to be aid through E-Challan deposited at any of the branches of State Bank of India.
