ABOUT: Vijaya Bank, was established by Shri. Attavar Balakrishna Shetty at Bunts Hostel in Mangalore on October 23, 1931. Since it was established on Vijayadashami Day, it was named ‘Vijaya Bank. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: As per details given below -
1. Manager – Security: A passed of any Degree from any recognized University. Candidates with 5 years commissioned service in the Army/Navy/ Air-force or a Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police / Deputy Superintendent of Police with 5 years of service / offcer of identical rank in Paramilitary forces with 5 years' Service.
2. Manager – Rajbhasha: A passed of Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post Graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level with minimum 2 years of experience as officer handling Official Language implementation in Public Sector Banks/ PSUs/ Central Government / State Governments.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs.300/- by General including OBC candidates and Rs.50/- only as intimation charges by SC/ST candidates to be paid through online mode.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.
