ABOUT: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh is one of the 6 Apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education & training, the PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS institutions in under served areas of the country.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculation or its equivalent from any recognized University / Board, have Certified in General Nursing and midwifery from any recognized Institution or equivalent qualification for male Nurse, Should be a registered ‘A’ grade Nurse and midwife with a state Nursing Council or equivalent Qualification for male Nurses.
