NOTIFICATION:        Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) inviting online ORA applications for filling up 51 vacant posts of Skippers, Public Health Specialists, Specialists, Assistant Survey Officers, Training Officer, Deputy Director and Lecturers in various disciplines in various Government of India Ministries and Departments from eligible and interested willing candidates. It is latest & good information for unemployed personnel those who are looking for these new Jobs in Government sector & other organizations. Job seekers, who wish to apply for these vacancies regarding Recruitment 2016, must have passed as per govt rules  with a required experience if asked. 1. Skippers in Central Institute of Fisheries, Nautical and Engineering Training (CIFNET), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries:   02 posts.

Required Age:  45 years

Pay Scale:   Rs. 15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 48,618/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. General Central Service, Group 'A', Gazetted, Non Ministerial.

2. Public Health Specialists Grade-III, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare:   24 posts.

Required Age:  40 years.

Pay Scale:   Rs. 15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600/- (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 48,618/- Approx.) + NPA + TA and HRA as admissible. Group ‘A’, Public Health Specialist Grade III Sub-cadre of Central Health Service.

3. Specialists Grade-III (Dermatology), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare:   09 posts.

Required Age:  40 years.

Pay Scale:   Rs. 15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 48,618/- Approx.) + NPA + TA and HRA as admissible. Central Health Services, Group 'A', Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre.

4. Specialists Grade-III (Orthopaedics), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare:   06 posts.

12. Lecturer (Chemistry) in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Pahargaon, Port Blair:   01 post.

Required Age:  35 years.

Pay Scale:   Rs.  15,600-39,100/- + Rs. 5,400/- (Academic Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 45,990/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. General Central Service, Group "A", Non-Ministerial.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:        As per details given below -

1 - Skippers:      A passed of 10th Standard /Matriculation. Certificate of Competency as Skipper of Fishing Vessel issued by Mercantile Marine Department; OR 5 years practical experience on board fishing vessel after obtaining Mate fishing Vessel Competency Certificate issued by Mercantile Marine Department.

2 - Public Health Specialists Grade-III:    A passed of MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or second Schedule or part II of the Third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality of Public Health i.e. MD (Social and Preventive Medicine); or MD (Community Medicine); or MD (Health Administration); or MD (Community Health Administration); or Diploma in Public Health; or Diploma in Industrial Health; or Master of Public Health; or Diploma in Tropical Medicine; or Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.

3 - Specialists Grade-III (Dermatology):      A passed of recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or second Schedule or part II of the Third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-'A' or Section-'B' in Schedule-VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Dermatology); or Doctor of Medicine (Dermatology and Venereology); or Doctor of Medicine in Medicine with Diploma in Dermatology; or Diploma in Dermatology. 03 years experience.

4 - Specialists Grade-III (Orthopaedics):       A passed of MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics); or Diploma in Orthopaedics. 03 Years experience.

5 - Assistant Survey Officers:       A passed of Bachelor of Engineering or Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) or B. Tech Degree in Civil or Mining Engineering from a recognised University and 02 years experience.

6 - Training Officer (Fitter):   A passed of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering /Production Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent and 02 years' post qualification experience (OR) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering from a recognised University or Institute with 05 years' post qualification experience.

7 - Training Officer (Welder):      A passed of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering /Metallurgy/Fabrication Technology Engineering or technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and 02 years' post qualification experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Metallurgy/ Fabrication Technology Engineering from a recognised University or Institute and 05 years' post qualification experience.

8 - Training Officer (Instrument Mechanic):       A passed of Bachelor's degree in
Instrumentation Technology / Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and 02 years' post qualification experience (OR) Diploma in Instrumentation Technology/ Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised University or Institute with 05 years' post qualification experience.

9 - Training Officer (Turner):       A passed of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Machine Tool Technology /Production Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and 02 years' post qualification experience (OR) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Machine Tool Technology /Production Engineering from a recognised University or Institute with 05 years' post qualification experience.

10 - Training Officer (Electrician):      A passed of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and 02 years' post qualification experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognised University or Institute and 05 years' post qualification experience.

11 - Deputy Director (Technical):     A passed of Degree in Textile Manufacture / Textile Technology / Textile Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent with a 07 years experience.

12 - Lecturer (Chemistry):    A passed of first Class Master's Degree in appropriate branch viz., Chemistry with first class or equivalent at Bachelor's or Master's level.

AGE RELAXATION:      As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.

REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE:    For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. Rs. 25/- by General & OBC candidates to be paid  either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card.

No fee from SC/ ST/ PH & Women candidates of any community.

POST RESERVATION:      All reserved category candidates i.e. SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ Women/Ex Servicemen/Widows etc (as applicable) are being selected for said post/s as per existing Govt policy/rules.
