NOTIFICATION: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 440 vacant posts of Engineering Services Examination, 2017 (ESE 2017) for recruitment to the Group A and B services of various Engineering posts in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical and Electronics & Communication Engineering from eligible and interested willing candidates. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of a Degree in Engineering or equivalent OR passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) OR passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India) OR passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India; OR passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959. Provided that a candidate applying for the posts of Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engineering Posts) and Engineer Group A in Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing/ Monitoring Organisation may possess M.Sc.Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject. Candidates who qualify on the results of the written part of the examination will be summoned for personality test.
66 vacant posts of Assistant Directors, Legal Officers, Specialists, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Legislative Counsel, Superintendent and Editors through Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). LAST DATE TO APPLY: 13-10-2016.
PAY SCALE: Rs.15600-39100/- GP Rs. 5400/-, 6600/-, 7600/- for Engineering Services Examination, 2017 through UPSC.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 21 years - 30 years as on 01-01-2017.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules.
