1. A passed of (B.F.Sc.) Bachelor of Fisheries Science from any recognised University in India.
2. A passed of M.B.B.S graduate or an equivalent qualification entered in Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. He/She should be a full-time Registered Medical Practitioner.
3. A passed of Bachelors of Technology or Bachelors of Engineering in either Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Industrial Engineering departments from a recognised University of India.
