1. Junior Clerks: A passed of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English/ Hindi stream [Preference will be given to persons having typing speed of 40 words per minute both in English and Hindi]. Desirable - Certificate in computer course recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) /Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.
2. Translators: A passed of Master’s Degree in Hindi from any recognised University with English as a subject at the Degree Level or Master’s Degree in English from any recognised University with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level or Master’s Degree in any subject from any recognised University with Hindi and English as subjects at the Degree Level or Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi medium from any recognised University and English as a subject at the Degree Level or Master’s Degree in any subject with English medium from any recognised University and Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level & Diploma/ Certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from any University/ Institute recognized by the Government or 02 years’ experience of translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/ State Government offices or State Legislature Secretariats or Central/ State Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/ Supreme Court of India/ High Courts.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1- Junior Clerk: ₹ 5200-20200/-+Grade Pay ₹ 2400/-.
2- Translator: ₹ 9300-34800/-+Grade Pay: ₹ 4800/-.

Translator: Preliminary Examination and Main Examination - From amongst the candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in each component of Papers I and II above, selection will be made on the basis of the overall performance of candidates in the Main Examination, subject to the availability of vacancies. The candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories availing the benefit of their category in marks obtained for qualifying the Preliminary Examination and/or Main Examination and/or in age will not be entitled to occupy UR vacancy.
