EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Senior Medical Officer/Medical Officer: A passed of MBBS trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centres from any recognized Board/University/Institute.
2. ICTC Counsellor: A passed of Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology /Social Work/ Sociology / Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing; with minimum 1 years' experience after PG degree/Diploma of working in the field of Counselling in Health sector; Preferably HIV / AIDS Or Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development/ Nursing; with minimum 3 years' experience after the graduation of Working in the field of Counselling in Health sector; Preferably HIV /AIDS.
3. ICTC Lab Technician: A passed of Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.) from any recognized Board/University/Institute with a minimum 1 year experience after Graduation Or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DML T); with minimum 2 years' experience after Diploma.
4. Lab Technician, Blood Bank: A passed of Post Graduate Degree in MSC/ MLT /should have completed 10+2 before obtaining diploma or degree from any recognized Board/ University /Institute.
5. Technical Supervisor for blood Banks: A passed of 10+2 With Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biological Science before obtaining diploma or degree from any recognized Board/University /Institute/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques ( DLT) from any university /Institution recognised by the central or state Government with an experience of 1 year and above in the testing of blood and or preparation in Health Sector.
6. Counsellor of Blood Bank: A passed of Postgraduate Degree/ Masters in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development from any recognized Board/University /Institute with minimum 1 years' experience after PG degree/ Masters, of Working in the field of counselling in Health sector.
7. Lab Technician, for Blood Bank: A passed of 10+2 with physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining diploma or degree from any recognized Board/University /Institute/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques ( DLT) from any university /Institution recognised by the central or state Government with an experience of 1 year and above in the testing of blood and or preparation in Health Sector.
8. Lab Technician, for BCSU: A passed of 10+2 with physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biological Science before obtaining diploma or degree from any recognized Board/ University /Institute/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques( DLT) from any University /Institution recognised by the central or state Government with an experience of 1 year and above in the testing of blood and or preparation in Health Sector.
9. Medical Officer - NRHM & NUHM/ RCH (AH): A passed of MBBS or equivalent degree from the Institution, recognized by MCI and must have complemented compulsory rotatory internship.
10. Senior Medical Officer, DRTB Center: A passed of MBBS or equivalent degree from the Institution, recognized by MCI and must have completed compulsory rotator Internship At Least 50% marks are required in requisite Qualification.
11. Lady Medical Officer for Adolescent Health Clinic: A passed of MBBS passed knowledge in Gynaecology & endocrinology from any recognized Board/University/Institute.
12. Lab Technician, NUHM: A passed of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biological Science before obtaining diploma or degree from any recognized Board/ University /Institute/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT )/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques( DLT) from any University /Institution recognised by the central or state Government.
13. Lab Technician, RNTCP: A passed of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biological Science before obtaining diploma or degree/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT )/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques( DLT) from any university /Institution recognised by the central or state Government.
14. Kala Azar Treatment Supervisor (under NVBDCP): A passed of Science Graduate from any recognized University with Biology.
15. Attendant NRC: A passed of Higher Secondary from any recognized Board/University/Institute.
16. GNM Thalassemia Control Unit, MMCH: A passed of GNM Course recognized by Indian /West Bengal Nursing Council (INC).
