NOTIFICATION: Meghalaya Public Service Commission (Meghalaya PSC) Shillong inviting online applications for filling up 245 vacant posts of JE, AE, ARO, LDA & Others from eligible and interested willing candidates. 2. Assistant Engineer: A passed of B.E/ B.Tech (Civil); B.Sc Engg.(Civil); B.Sc.(Agri. Engg. with relevant subjects); B.Tech. (Agri. Engg. with relevant subjects); B.Tech (Water Resources Engg.) from any Government recognized Institutions.
3. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): A passed of B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Government recognized Institutions.
4. Assistant Research Officer: A passed of Bachelor Degree in Science/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology with experience in Science, Technology and Environment intervention at least 5 years from any Government recognized Institutions.
5. Food Safety Officer: A passed of a Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Science or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from any recognized University.
6. Stenography Instructor Grade- II: A passed of Graduate in any discipline from any Government recognized Institutions with National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the Trade of Stenography (English).
7. District Librarian: A passed of B.Lib/ M.Lib in Library Science from any recognized University in India. Preference will be given to candidates having Computer Knowledge.
8. Junior Engineer, Grade I (Electrical): A passed of 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering course from any Government recognized Institutions.
9. Librarian: A passed of Master Degree in Library & Information Science with at least 50% marks with operational Knowledge in Computer from any Government recognized Institutions.
10. Assistant Lecturer in Arts, Science & Commerce Stream: A passed of 2nd Class Master’s Degree with B.Ed Degree from any Government recognized Institutions.

SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants who are screened for applicability/ eligibility are being selected as per organization policy/rules depending on the basis of their performance in Screening Test, Written Examination, Skill Test and Interview -
The final selection/ recommendation of suitable candidates against the vacancies notified in this Advertisement shall be made by the Commission through any of the following processes -
A. Typing Speed, English Composition and Stenography Test, in recruitment to post of Typist and Stenographer (All Grades) as the case may be.
B. 1. Written Examination (Where syllabus has been provided by concerned Department) - Personal Interview.

3. Screening Practical Test - Personal Interview
